Welcome to Advanced Bodywork Center, my massage therapy private practice, established in Westport, CT in 1993.

I specialize in deep tissue and relaxation massage, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and pregnancy massage.

Many of my core practice members have chosen to support their wellness with regular weekly sessions for over a decade. It is gratifying to have maintained their confidence and to continue to be an integral part of the way that they support their health and well-being.

Your healing experience will be individual. Bodywork can give you greater awareness of the tension that you are holding. A massage that is too deep can cause your muscles to resist and contract. How will you know that we are working at a depth that is optimal for you? You may feel your muscles release, your breathing deepen, and your mind and emotions quiet. You may experience energy moving. You may loose track of time. After the session, you may feel lighter, more peaceful or creative. My receptivity to your feedback and refined sense of touch allow me to create a session unique to your body’s individual needs and to work at a depth that optimizes your healing response.

At Advanced Bodywork Center, when you schedule an hour massage, you receive a sixty-minute massage. Half hour breaks are scheduled between each appointment. We can start on time and you will have plenty of time to get dressed, reschedule, and pay without rushing. 

I believe in giving when ‘my cup runneth over’ so I limit my practice to four massage hours per day. I eat whole foods, meditate, exercise and get enough rest. I receive regular healing work. I continue to learn and grow, play and take time for the people in my life. By maintaining my commitment to self-care, I am able to honor my commitment to you.
