In 1990, I graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute. Ben Benjamin, PhD in Education and Sports Medicine, who remains a leader in the massage therapy profession, taught my small graduating class. The Ben Benjamin Advanced Injury Training and the St. John Neuromuscular Therapy Seminars gave me an opportunity to hone my palpation skills and to learn to more precisely palpate muscles, tendons, and ligaments. |

I continue my exploration of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Jin Shin Jyutsu physio-philosophy is an ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body. Jin Shin Jyutsu reduces the effects of stress, induces relaxation, brings balance to the body's energies and facilitates our innate healing capacity. While massage and many things western are about doing, Jin Shin Jyutsu assists us in letting go into a profound state of being. |
Jin Shin Juytsu®I invite you to try a half hourJin Shin Juytsu session after your next massage. It is a great way to reach new levels of relaxation. |
